This is a course to:
Expand your spiritual awareness,
Increase your Intuition and Self Healing.
Meditate, Breathe, and Balance.

The day will take you through a series of experiences just challenging enough to touch your own excellence!

You will be treated to a welcoming and warm environment, ample rest periods, fruit, water, and a vegetarian lunch.

For your own comfort, please bring something like a mat to sit on, and a lightweight blanket or shawl. 

The room is carpeted, but you might like some extra cushioning.

Please bring a white, natural fiber head covering for yourself.
