Teacher Training Certification
This six-month, 200-hour course is for everyone, whether you would like to become a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher or wish to deepen your personal experience and become proficient in the technology of Kundalini Yoga.

We host a special evening meditation daily in our area. This meditation opens the heart center and increases prosperity. For information, call Mata Mandir at 703.471.7288.
Saturday, in the "nectar hours" between 4 and 7am, you may join us for yoga and live music mediations. For information, call Sangeet Kaur at 703.471.0624.

Sundays, our community hosts a Sikh service at the Yoga Center, which includes songs in English and Gurmukhi, the sacred language of the Sikhs. After the service, we enjoy a delicious meal. Please join us any time between 10am and noon.
