Get ready for the Equinox by balancing and opening all 8 of your chakras. We will do exercises, visualizations, meditations and color co-ordinations to aide in our understanding of how speedily one can clear these “energy wheels” within the body.
There will be a yogi tea break and very deep relaxation. Bring a blanket or towel so you can get cozy!
