Quick & Easy Vegetarian Cooking Class
Join Gurunater Kaur, who has taught cooking in the US and Canada, in another class of culinary delight. You will learn how to cook quick & delicious vegetarian dishes for the summer, so you can get out of the kitchen fast. You’ll create Mushroom Meadow, a famous dish from the Golden Temple Restaurant in Washington, D.C. You’ll learn another creative way to use tofu in Tofu “Egg” Salad, create Rosemary Eggplant Cakes and Cream of Corn Dill Soup all of which are great for summer picnics. You’ll prepare Iced Café Glace for those hot thirsty days and top it all off with tantalizing Hazelnut Chocolate Mounds. When the meal is complete, we’ll eat together in a cozy setting. Workshop cost is $82, including food and recipe booklet.
